This female-run real estate team needed a social presence that complimented their 15 years of experience in the Toronto housing market.

To create a premium social strategy for all MWT channels while still honouring their existing brand elements and incorporating their current real estate content.

In order to build customer loyalty, brand guidelines were created and combined with a targeted social strategy. The MWT team was equipped with four new secondary colours in their colour palette, a usage guide for their existing logo and defined typefaces for their assets.

Using the new and existing brand elements, a post treatment was developed for all channels that aligned with social best practices and the brand’s persona.

The Outcome

The MWT channels were populated with weekly content using pre-made Photoshop templates. Assisted by a short instructional video, the client felt confident throughout the design process and learned how to use the program to create branded social posts.

By branding all their social content with a modern look-and-feel, the Michelle Walker Team was able to stand out as a leader in the real estate market and organically increase their following by 8% in under a month.
